Yeah. I suppose not.

[She lets her head drop against Nathan's shoulder. She'll feel embarrassed about it later but for now, she's happy to have him close and happy to know him. If there was something she needed after months on the ship it was a friend. Especially a friend with puppies.]

[ He'll stay until his legs start to ache from the stupid position he's crouched in, tilting his chin in so that it touches the back of her head. ]

How did you meet him? Your madcap adventurer?

SIt down. I won't sneeze on you, promise.

[She grins softly and shifts on the bed so he can at least sit down, taking the opportunity to blow her nose, before dropping her head back onto his shoulder.]

He came to my doorstep and told me to come with him. I slammed the door in his face.

Well if you promise I guess I'll have to believe you.

[ But he moves himself into a better position for stories, dropping his head against the shelf and making room for her to settle in beside him. ]

[She grins at the comment from behind a tissue before she replies.]

He is rude. Really rude. And weird. And so at first I said no. But then I got wrapped up in a whole "aliens take over London" thing and so after that when he asked me again, I told him to come back tomorrow. And he did.
