Tranquility Chapel Message Book

This is where people who've lost someone can leave a short message to their loved one in the hope that they return to the Tranquility to read it, or simply as a prayer for their well being no matter where they are.

It is a ring binder with sheets of hand-lined paper inside, and columns for the recipient's name or number if you have them, the message, and the sender's name or number.

The binder is on a table in front of the memorial wall beside the ship's chapel in the oxygen gardens, a small table lit by low lighting - but not candles - and set just out of the way, beside a wall of plants that look a little like poinsettia.

Please feel free to leave your messages below.

Sisters,

Seeing you both again was a gift I never dreamed of asking for, and I'm glad I had the chance to tell you both how deeply I admire you both, in your different ways. But while I know it must have been God's plan that you should move on from this place, I confess I still mourn your absence, and wish selfishly that I were not alone here.

If you ever return, with the memory of having been in this place or without, I hope you know that you can always rely on me as an ally and brother and fellow child of our almighty God.
